"Maybe it’s just me, but I found the..."
Maybe it’s just me, but I found the course pages on oshaready.com frustrating to use. I kept bouncing around trying to figure out where I’d left off, and the lessons didn’t feel very easy to follow.

The information might all be there somewhere, but the layout made it feel more annoying than it needed to be. I was expecting a clear next button or some obvious progress tracking, but it just felt messy to me. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless they make the navigation easier

"Total Mess of a Lesson"
These lessons were a confusing mess. I felt like some clown put them together and expected everyone to magically understand. I had to reread everything twice just to figure out what was going on

"Identity check turned into a headache"
I tried to verify my identity and it kept failing without really explaining why. I uploaded the same documents twice, and all I got were vague promises that it would be reviewed or sorted out soon, but nothing actually changed. Support took ages to respond too. Not exactly the best first impression.

"Maybe it’s just me, but the progress..."
Maybe it’s just me, but the progress tracking felt really messy. It would mark modules as completed even though I still had things left to do, and then later one section reset like I had never started it at all.
I reached out to support and got a generic response, but nothing actually got fixed. For a course site, I feel like keeping track of progress should be one of the basics, and I ended up wasting time double-checking everything myself.

"Payment was such a hassle..."
I tried to pay twice and both times it failed, but then my bank still showed pending charges... which was stressful. I reached out to support, but it took forever to get a response. i don’t think I’ll be using this site again.

"I’ll be honest, I don’t remember a ton..."
I’ll be honest, I don’t remember a ton from this course, which probably says a lot. The parts that stuck with me felt basic, and some of it seemed outdated. A lot of the advice came across like common sense, and I remember thinking a few sections could’ve used way more explanation. Maybe there were a couple decent bits in there, but nothing really comes to mind now. Overall, it felt rushed and not as useful as I expected.

"Quizzes felt unfair and my concerns were ignored"
I was frustrated with the quizzes because a lot of the exam questions didn’t seem to match what was covered in the lessons. I asked for some clarification since it felt like a basic request, but it didn’t really get addressed. It made the whole experience feel unfair and confusing.

"Kinda hard to use with English only"
I couldn’t find any other language options, so it was kinda hard for me to use. It would be much more helpful if more languages were available.

"Pretty frustrating to use on my phone"
I tried using the site on my phone, and it was kind of a hassle. The pages took a while to load, and even small things like finding the menu or tapping the right link felt more confusing than they should. I ended up getting frustrated quickly

"Took longer than expected, but turned out fine"
They made it sound like it would be done quickly, but it ended up taking a lot longer than I was told. The timing was definitely off, which was frustrating. That said, everything did get finished in the end, and the result was decent.

My first impression of oshaready.com was that it seemed a little too broad for what we needed in our shop, and that feeling pretty much stuck. A lot of the examples didn’t really line up with the kind of work we do day to day, so I didn’t get much practical use out of it. I still ended up having to search for extra info afterward. It might be fine if you just need basic stuff, but for our workplace it didn’t really fit.

"I ordered from ITC Industrial Training..."
I ordered from ITC Industrial Training Center and the whole communication side of it was frustrating. The emails were unclear, missing details, and I ended up having to ask the same questions more than once just to understand what was going on.
When they did reply, the answers were vague and had this tone like I should already know what they meant, which made me feel a bit talked down to. Maybe the product itself is okay, but the back-and-forth made the experience annoying enough that I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Left Hanging After I Finished"
After I finished, I reached out for support and just never heard back. It was really frustrating because there wasn’t any clear communication about what to expect or who to contact next. I don’t mind waiting if someone tells me what’s going on, but getting no reply at all was annoying.

The video was blurry for me, and the audio kept cutting in and out, which made it kind of hard to follow

"Didn’t feel right to use"
I started filling it out but didn’t feel comfortable going through with it. The privacy info was vague, and I couldn’t really tell who actually owns or runs the thing, which made me uneasy about entering my personal details. I ended up leaving before finishing because it just felt a bit sketchy

I reached out to ITC Industrial Training Center about my order, the wait for any kind of reply felt way too long. It just left me with a bad feeling right away.

When they finally got back to me, it really seemed like they hadn’t actually read what I wrote. I had to explain the same stuff again, and even then I never got a clear answer, which was frustrating.

Maybe some people have had a smoother experience, but mine just felt off and annoying from start to finish. I don’t think I’d use them again after that

"Would’ve been nice to know the price upfront"
I wasn’t a fan of how the pricing was laid out. You’d think finding the actual cost would be straightforward, but apparently not. I had to click around way too much just to figure out what I’d really be paying. It didn’t feel very upfront, so yeah, I probably wouldn’t use it again.
